Well said Tommy. The sport of cycling wouldn’t exist without guys like Mal. Even us non-CCCC members benefit hugely from Mal and all other volunteers efforts with the great racing you guys put on. It’s a thankless job and I’m glad Mal is getting some recognition here. Thanks!
Great stuff mate. Terrific to share info on how much work volunteers actually commit to help others. We should all appreciate them so much. And Wokka and Danielle congrats – perhaps that second Ford will have to wait a bit!
Gidday mate, just a quick note to let you know that your brother won the B&F at De La this year. Had 5 BOGs, including the last 3 games of the season. And, did this carrying a hip flexor problem all year.
Hope all is going as well as can be expected. Talk soon. Say Hi to Keally for me.
And please tell your faithful readers, how did you get hooked up with the shoes? I may have to try a pair!
Hey mate, I believe there is some rule about the Bont shoes regarding heat and time in the oven. Ever hear of any problems in this area? We are continuing with the windiest months of all time in recorded history, and probably pre-recorded history as well! Not much joy in riding into head winds all the bloody time. Hope the September racing gives you some good opportunities, and with the cooking shoes you have got to podium sometime. Went up Mt D tourist road on the weekend, from FT gully. I don’t think I have ever ridden up that way before, and half way up I reckon I remember why. I understand that the compact crank set is very popular these days! Go fast my boy!
Also, we are looking forward to seeing Keally back ‘up over’ next month.
I’m looking forward to being back ‘up over’ next month too! Race fast with those new shoes Tommy. XO
Hey, we want you back in the states!!!
Maybe that person put that logo on his bike because its pink, and everyone was giving him a hard time… finish the season strong, only one race to go now! See you soon!!! XO
Any action shots of you racing huck? Good to see you’re riding well and will be stomping when you’re back home!
fact; A hedgehog’s heart beats 300 times a minute on average!
Just think if they rode bikes!!

Nice work mate, 19th place in stage 4 of Franco-Belge last weekend!

Good to know you made it back home for a bit of down time. Let’s cross our fingers for a team. State-side would be best, IMO.
